Turn Assistant – Student Living (The Parlor)

About the role
We are looking for a Turn Assistant to support the leasing and maintenance teams at The Parlor student‑living community in San Marcos, Texas. The role involves a mix of administrative duties and hands‑on assistance during the apartment turn season, helping ensure a smooth move‑in and move‑out process for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office, including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices and handling resident calls.
- Organize rent payments and related collateral materials.
- Print and assemble lease paperwork, and maintain resident lease files for move‑in and move‑out procedures.
- Assist with on‑campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
- Support resident events such as welcome parties, unit visits and other programs aimed at resident satisfaction.
- Provide basic technical and mechanical assistance to the maintenance team during the turn season.
