Trust & Safety Product Manager – AI Technology

About the role

The Trust & Safety Product Manager will shape products and systems that protect users and ensure responsible use of AI. Working fully remote, you will collaborate with product, engineering, data, policy and operations teams to turn safety needs into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for Trust & Safety capabilities across AI‑powered products.
• Translate user, business, policy and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and success measures.
• Partner with engineering, data science, research and design to develop safety tools, workflows and platform features.
• Identify and assess risks related to AI‑generated content, misuse, harmful behaviour, privacy and model performance.
• Define and monitor metrics for safety, product quality and operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Professional product management experience, ideally in technology, AI or online platforms.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including associated risks.
• Knowledge of Trust & Safety, content moderation, online harms or platform integrity.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
