About the role
The Trust Coordinator provides administrative support to Account Managers and Trust Officers, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth daily operations of trust accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate account documentation, establish, maintain, and close accounts in the trust accounting system.
- Verify and process transactions, monitor overdrafts, and ensure timely transfers.
- Maintain document and data integrity, organize correspondence, and manage personal workload.
- Assist with audits, special projects, seminars, and provide training to personnel.
- Monitor and reconcile daily balance sheets and incoming rollovers.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good judgment and analytical decision‑making.
