Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) – Full‑Time Position

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this full‑time position you will provide high‑quality wound care and specialized skin treatments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate care plans and updates with physicians, residents, and families.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond promptly to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team‑centered environment.
• Resident‑focused, compassionate approach to nursing.
