Treasury Analyst – Cash & Debt Management

About the role

The Treasury Analyst supports all Treasury Operations, including cash, debt, insurance, and pension assets, reporting to the Treasury Manager. The role combines daily cash management with strategic financing and risk mitigation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cash‑management processes, set daily cash positions, manage wire payments, and perform FX transactions.
• Create short‑term cash forecasts, manage short‑term investments, and oversee lines of credit.
• Assist in short‑ and long‑term debt management, reconcile debt and interest accounts, and support audit requests.
• Conduct lease‑versus‑buy analyses, reconcile lease liabilities, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Support the insurance program, manage claims, track risk metrics, and work with brokers on policy renewals.
• Assist with pension asset oversight, contributions, and funding strategy based on annual valuations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant Treasury or Finance experience; a master’s degree can substitute for part of the experience.
• Professionalism and confidentiality handling of banking, insurance, and M&A data.

• Proficiency with SAP Treasury module.
• Cash forecasting and short‑term liquidity management.
• Foreign‑exchange (FX) transaction execution.
