Traveling Superintendent - Restaurant Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead restaurant and convenience‑store construction projects across the Southeast and East Coast. The role involves overseeing multiple commercial sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on multiple job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site crews.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, and field staff.
• Travel regularly to project locations throughout the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Background in commercial construction projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to East Coast sites.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with restaurant or convenience‑store construction.
• Familiarity with ProCore construction software is a plus.
