Traveling Personal Assistant for Founder (Family Office)

About the role
This position supports the founder of a leading investment platform within a family office. It is a highly immersive, travel‑intensive role that requires proactive problem‑solving and discretion while managing day‑to‑day life across multiple residences and international locations.
Key responsibilities
- Travel support & logistics: accompany the principal on approximately 400 flight hours annually (primarily private jet), manage real‑time itineraries, coordinate flights, trains, ferries, ground transport, handle luggage and ensure smooth transitions between locations.
- Lifestyle & personal support: provide discreet, high‑touch assistance during social engagements and trips, execute personal errands, source hard‑to‑find items and coordinate global services.
- Coordination & administration: act as the on‑the‑ground point of contact, keep the broader support team informed, maintain exceptional organization of travel‑related administrative tasks with precision and urgency.
Required profile
- Calm under pressure, highly perceptive and proactive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent judgment, discretion and situational awareness.
- Strong interpersonal skills to blend seamlessly into varied settings.
Required skills
- Extensive experience as a personal or executive assistant in travel‑intensive roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate private‑jet travel and complex international itineraries.
- Valid driver’s license and passport with no travel restrictions.
What we offer
- Base salary $150,000 – $175,000.
- Discretionary bonus typically 10–20% plus a summer completion bonus.
