LeaderStat is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care for a 13‑week assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position starts on 15 June 2026, works 12‑hour shifts (36 hours per week), and offers an estimated weekly pay of $1,982.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical‑surgical unit, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of full‑time RN experience, preferably in Med‑Surg.
• Clinical experience within the last two years.
• Current Texas RN licensure.
• Current relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
