Travel Reset Specialist – Cosmetics (Texas)

About the role

The Travel Reset Specialist supports L&R’s cosmetic brand partners by executing store‑wide resets across retail locations. Working on a project‑based schedule, you will travel within a 100‑200 mile radius of Texas territories to install new planograms, relocate products, and ensure displays meet retailer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays, fixtures, and sections.
• Remove, stock, and place products in designated areas to maintain merchandising flow.
• Pack merchandise and process customer returns according to L&R’s guidelines.
• Install and adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures to align with planogram specifications.
• Communicate progress and challenges with store managers and L&R supervisors.
• Document completion of tasks with photos and reporting apps provided by the company.
• Adapt to varying store hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to 200 miles regularly and stay overnight when required.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with store staff and internal teams.

Required skills

• Reading and applying planograms.
• Basic merchandising and inventory placement techniques.
• Use of mobile devices for photo capture and task reporting.
• Fundamental math for inventory counts and product placement.
