About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Med‑Surg unit in Palestine, Texas on a 13‑week travel assignment. The position works 12‑hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, and provides care for patients admitted directly, post‑surgery, or stepped down from ICU.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med‑Surg patients, including post‑operative and step‑down care.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe patient transitions from ICU to Med‑Surg.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Experience in Med‑Surg nursing.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour night shifts for a 13‑week contract.
• Ability to travel and adapt to a new facility quickly.
