Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg / Telemetry – $2,227 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in the Med‑Surg/Telemetry unit of a hospital in Palestine, Texas. This full‑time, 36‑hour per week position offers a fast‑paced acute‑care environment where you will deliver high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med‑Surg/Telemetry setting.
• Monitor telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold a professional image and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current Texas RN license or multistate license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med‑Surg experience in an acute‑care hospital.
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• BLS certification.
• Proficiency with computer and software applications used in nursing documentation.
