Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 14‑week assignment in Palestine, Texas, starting 06/08/2026. This full‑time, onsite position offers a competitive weekly rate and the chance to work with a dedicated clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients about nuclear medicine procedures and answer their questions.
• Maintain and inspect nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene as needed.
• Operate imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic images per physician orders.
• Document procedures accurately in patient records.
• Follow hospital safety and radiation protection policies.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Current state‑compliant Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiography license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: ARRT certification or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
