Travel Medical Assistant – Nationwide

About the role

Urrly is seeking a New Jersey‑based Medical Assistant to provide in‑home preventive‑care visits across the United States. The role is temporary/seasonal, with assignments that may require frequent travel and overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Complete scheduled in‑home member visits and support Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.
• Take vitals, perform screenings, and conduct point‑of‑care tests such as A1C and urine analysis.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR/EHR while following HIPAA, safety, and infection‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience with a valid certification or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current registration, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, including extended and overnight assignments.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑care testing (A1C, urine analysis).
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) documentation.

What we offer

• Pay rate of $35 per hour (W‑2, non‑exempt).
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile and coverage of travel expenses (flights, rental car, hotel, meals).
• Full‑time schedule with a minimum guaranteed 20 hours per week when patient volume is low.
