Travel Coordinator – Specialized Corporate Desk (Portuguese)

About the role

We are looking for an elite travel professional to join a premier global investment bank’s dedicated three‑person US Travel Desk. The Travel Coordinator will manage high‑touch logistics for roughly 300 employees, acting as an in‑house travel agency for complex domestic and international itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, quote, and book multi‑stop flights, group travel, elite lodging, and private car services worldwide.
• Utilize Concur and global booking networks to conduct carrier price comparisons while enforcing corporate travel policies.
• Lead full‑family international relocations, primarily from Brazil to Miami, handling temporary housing, visa procurement, and pet transportation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end travel visa pipeline, preparing legal documentation and liaising with visa expeditor services.
• Provide 24/7 support for travel emergencies, maintaining detailed itineraries and offering high‑touch customer service.
• Track corporate rewards points, manage relationships with external travel agencies, and assist with month‑end corporate card reconciliations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume business travel booking experience.
• Experience in a commercial travel agency, airline desk, or large corporate travel department is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly desired.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur travel management platform.
• Hands‑on experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre or Amadeus.
