Travel Assistance Coordinator

About the role

As a Travel Assistance Coordinator you will be the trusted point of contact for travelers facing unexpected disruptions. You will deliver real‑time support, creative solutions and a seamless experience from the first call through to resolution, reflecting Zurich Cover‑More’s high standards of care.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from policyholders for emergencies such as lost luggage, passport/visa replacement, travel re‑booking and concierge services.
• Assess needs quickly, coordinate travel solutions and document interactions using case‑management tools.
• Provide out‑of‑the‑box solutions by applying critical and creative thinking.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while leveraging knowledge of the assistance portfolio.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
