About the role

ARIVE is looking for a customer‑focused representative to provide frontline phone support for its loan origination and digital mortgage platform. The role is remote and involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound support calls and manage voicemail follow‑ups.
Resolve platform navigation questions and perform basic technical troubleshooting.
Escalate complex tickets to the appropriate technical teams.
Log support trends and maintain accurate customer records.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of phone‑based customer support, preferably in mortgage or fintech.
Strong verbal communication and independent problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

Experience with CRM databases.
Ability to learn and navigate complex digital mortgage software.
Comfort with cloud‑based platforms.

What we offer

Salary range $45,000 – $55,000 per year.
