Entry Level Claims Adjuster – Travel Insurance

About the role

Join the Travel Guard team of Zurich Cover‑More as an Entry Level Claims Adjuster, supporting travelers across the United States. You will assess travel‑related claims, apply policy guidelines and ensure timely resolutions while providing empathetic customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assess new and existing travel claims, conduct investigations and develop action plans to resolve claims within 30‑45 days.
• Communicate with claimants and other stakeholders, gathering documentation and providing clear updates throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed claim records in internal systems and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain a state‑specific Adjuster license within six months of hire.
• Reside within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI and be able to commute to the office 2‑3 days per month.
