Travel Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to help train AI chatbots that assist travelers. In this remote, contract role you will apply your writing and editing expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy and brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure AI performance, assess logical consistency, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide detailed feedback to refine model behavior and output quality.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to implement enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
