Trauma Sales Associate

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Trauma Sales Associate in Kalamazoo, MI. The role works with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Trauma products that meet customers' most pressing needs, under the supportive supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative. It involves an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Receive formal training on the Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology, including on-the-job training in the operating room.
• Observe well over 300 medical procedures in the first year and build expertise in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients through client service and excellent account management.
• Be comfortable being on call most nights and weekends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree or medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) plus at least 2 years of professional or related experience.
• High school diploma plus at least 4 years of professional or related experience.
• 4 years of active duty military service.
• Motivated, proactive and independent learner, passionate about healthcare and helping people.
