Transitional Care Adult & Pediatric Nurse (RN)

About the role

Join BAYADA's SEAL team to provide flexible, high‑level transitional care for adult and pediatric clients in the Twin Cities. You will support a 24/7 staffing model, float to areas of greatest need, and help grow the field team through training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide adequate staffing up to 24/7 for complex home referrals.
• Fill staffing gaps for existing clients and say “yes” to new referrals.
• Assist in training and up‑coding nurses, and precept onboarding staff.
• Float across the region to support the area of biggest need.

Required profile

• Current RN license.
• Homecare experience.
• Commitment to agreed‑upon shifts and willingness to work in all assigned homes.
• Readiness to train to the top of your license (infant, pediatric, adult, trach/vent, IVs).
• Willingness to precept onboarding nurses and attend client school when applicable.
