About the role
BAYADA’s RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis provides new graduate RNs with one‑on‑one home care assignments, hands‑on training and 24/7 clinical mentorship to launch their career with confidence.
Required profile
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
What we offer
- $35–$37 per hour, including weekend and overnight differentials
- Full‑time schedule (36+ hours/week) with 8‑, 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts
- Weekly pay, PTO and $1,200 nurse referral bonuses
- Electronic charting via Cubhub
- Medical, dental, vision, preventive care and 401(k) with PSLF partner
- 24/7 clinical mentorship, simulation labs and 1:1 support from day one
