About the role
Join BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduate LPNs to build confidence, competence, and real‑world experience from day one. You will work with a compassionate team serving clients across Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
Required profile
- Active LPN (or RN) license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
What we offer
- $25–$27 per hour plus overnight and weekend differentials
- Full‑time (36+ hours/week) with flexible 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts
- Weekly pay, PTO, and $1,200 nurse referral bonus
- Electronic charting, 24/7 clinical mentorship, and hands‑on paid training
- Preventive care, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) and loan forgiveness support
