Training & Facilitation Senior Analyst

About the role

Toyota’s Talent Development Department is seeking a passionate Training & Facilitation Senior Analyst to design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences. Based in Plano, Texas, you will support leadership development, onboarding, and enterprise capability building through expert facilitation and curriculum design.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new hires, managers, and senior leaders.
• Apply adult‑learning principles, storytelling, and experiential techniques to create engaging learning environments.
• Partner with instructional designers and subject‑matter experts to develop facilitation guides, participant materials, and instructional strategies.
• Iterate learning programs based on participant feedback and business outcomes.
• Support leadership development initiatives, including new leader onboarding and executive onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
