Trade Desk Representative – Inbound Phone, Chat & Email

About the role

As a Trade Desk Representative at tastytrade, you will deliver high‑quality customer service to self‑directed investors using deep knowledge of retail brokerage products, trading platforms, and market mechanics. The position is based on‑site in Chicago and focuses on inbound phone, chat, and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with complex option order execution and analyze positions to suggest strategic advantages.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions for brokerage services.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations, Regulation T, and portfolio margin requirements.

Required profile

• Comfortable commuting to the office five days a week.
• FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications.
• 2–3 years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center or brokerage support role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of option execution mechanics and pricing.
• Knowledge of futures and options on futures.
• Familiarity with Regulation T and portfolio margin accounts.

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000‑$90,000 per year.
