About the role
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 tracheostomy and ventilator care for clients in Middlesex County, NJ, allowing them to remain safely at home with their families.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care for one client per day.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
Required skills
- Tracheostomy care.
- Ventilator management.
- Clinical assessment and documentation.
