About the role
The Tour Ambassador is a dynamic, interactive role within the venue focused on the guest experience and how guests relate to the overall venue experience. The position reports directly to the Tour Ambassador Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter their assigned areas.
- Ensure the safety of guests while waiting, on tour or in assigned areas.
- Provide a high level of customer service, resolve issues and refer them to a Supervisor when necessary so that the experience remains pleasant.
- Present information clearly and concisely to guests, speaking loudly and clearly and being able to manage large groups.
- Perform other duties as necessary or required by management.
- Work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
Required profile
- High level of demonstrated professionalism and customer service.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; multilingual candidates are a plus.
