Total Rewards Analyst

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the People team in delivering fair, competitive, and meaningful compensation and benefits programs. You will focus on accurate data, reliable reporting, and consistent execution across Total Rewards processes while turning people data into actionable insights for leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly compensation review cycles by validating data, running audits, and preparing compensation materials.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys such as AON Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson.
• Maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks, ensuring alignment with FLSA requirements and internal equity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for base pay, bonus, long‑term incentive, sales incentive, and executive compensation plans.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that highlight turnover, talent management, and employee engagement trends.
• Standardize reporting templates and data definitions for consistent People‑team reporting.
• Create clear, visually compelling presentations and data summaries for employees, managers, and executive leadership.
• Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to support headcount reporting, forecasting, and compensation budgeting.
• Analyze benefits claims, enrollment, and utilization data and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
• Ability to work with large data sets, validate information, and produce accurate reports.
• Familiarity with market pricing surveys and benchmarking methodologies.
• Experience building dashboards and scorecards to track workforce metrics.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data to diverse audiences.
