Title & Other Asset Collector

About the role

The Title & Other Asset Collector is responsible for collecting past‑due accounts on title and other asset loans, controlling delinquency, and protecting company assets. The role involves developing customer relationships, coordinating with various departments, and making credit judgment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop use of Signature, collection system, Nautilus, and phone software systems.
• Identify and resolve branch office collection issues and coordinate collection efforts with offices.
• Prepare loan modification, repayment plans, and recommend repossession or charge‑off actions.
• Analyze delinquent account records, update past‑due accounts, and conduct skip‑tracing.
• Negotiate payment agreements, monitor payment progress, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, communication, and financial analysis skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Signature, Nautilus, and phone software collection systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
