About the role

As a Ticket/Gate Agent you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the airport, ensuring a smooth check‑in and boarding experience. You will assist with ticketing, baggage handling, gate announcements and provide support to passengers with special needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the check‑in and boarding processes, including seat allocation and gate announcements.
  • Tag, lift and transfer baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling items up to 70 lb.
  • Operate loading bridges, open/close aircraft doors, and secure aircraft.
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities throughout the terminal.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security.
  • Pass a Physical Ability Test and a Customer Service Assessment.

Required skills

  • Basic computer operation (digital literacy).
