Ticket Sales Representative - University of Wisconsin

About the role

Legends Global Sales, which manages Wisconsin Athletics, Development and Marketing for the University of Wisconsin, is hiring a Ticket Sales Representative. The role focuses on selling season, partial and group ticket packages and works under the guidance of the Senior Director of Sales. The position is on site in Madison.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls, set appointments, run sales presentations and close sales
• Sell a full menu of ticket packages: full seasons, partial plans and groups
• Work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days
• Meet activity targets such as calls made and appointments set, and own assigned goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate with C-level clients and work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
• Willingness to work weekends, events and game days

Required skills

• Professional verbal and written communication
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
