About the role

As a Test Execution Leader within PwC's Banking and Capital Markets sector, you will drive software quality and innovation for core banking technology projects. You will lead testing activities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects to enhance software quality.
• Utilize automation testing tools to streamline testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align testing strategies with project objectives.
• Implement quality‑assurance best practices for reliability and compliance.
• Conduct performance testing to assess system capabilities under various conditions.
• Develop and maintain test environments supporting comprehensive testing.
• Analyze test results and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Apply agile methodologies to adapt testing processes to evolving requirements.
• Lead debugging and fault analysis efforts to resolve software issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
