Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Test Engineer to drive secure access solutions for national security customers. The role involves collaborating with teammates and communicating across all levels to ensure high‑quality product delivery while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Automate manual and performance tests across multiple platforms using open‑source tools.
• Develop and execute integration, system, load, and security tests within a DevSecOps framework.
• Create and present test performance data, evaluation plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering and government sponsors, serving as the primary liaison for contract tasks.
• Structure tests for staged deployment (Dev, Test/Integration, Production) and drive innovation to manage program risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of test engineering experience on complex programs; four additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making ability, and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Test automation tools: Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer.
• Agile tools: Jira, TestRay.
• Programming/Build: Java J2EE, Gradle, Node.js.
• CI/CD: GitLab CI configuration, GitLab runners.
• Containerization: Docker.
• Monitoring dashboards: Splunk, Grafana.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, end‑to‑end, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
