Territory Sales Representative – Restaurant Specialist

About the role

SpotOn is looking for a Territory Sales Representative who will act as the local champion for our restaurant technology suite in the Baton Rouge area. You will help independent restaurants adopt tools that boost profit, streamline operations, and keep their best talent.

Key responsibilities

• Represent SpotOn in the community by presenting advanced POS and payment solutions to restaurant owners.
• Travel within the assigned territory to prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets focused on software, point‑of‑sale, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience targeting small businesses, merchants, or restaurants.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and territory‑building abilities.
• Comfortable learning and explaining technology basics to non‑technical owners.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and open to feedback.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency is a plus.
