Territory Manager - Neurovascular, Louisville, KY

About the role

Stryker's Neurovascular division advances minimally invasive stroke therapies, offering products and services for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, along with clinical education and support for physicians. The Territory Manager is responsible for sales and customer support in a designated territory, planning and implementing tactical and strategic sales plans to meet established goals. The role is field-based, 100% commission, with a travel percentage of 50%, and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Implement launch strategies from Sales and Marketing through product introductions and in-services for customers.
• Analyze the territory, identify key target accounts and generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Monitor competition by gathering pricing, delivery schedules and merchandising information.
• Build relationships with customers daily, keeping them informed on new products, supply and pricing trends.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and recommending actions to management.
• Support market development to increase the number of patients available for treatment, and support marketing in developing physician education programs to accelerate adoption of new products.
• Take part in professional society meetings and trade shows, and support clinical trial enrollment activities.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training, workshops, publications and professional societies.
• Handle rep stock inventory, ensure quality management communication and follow quality system procedures.

Required profile

• 6+ years of clinical sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
