Foot and Ankle Sales Associate - Louisville

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Foot and Ankle Sales Associate in Louisville, Kentucky, in a field-based position. The role offers hands-on experience in Foot and Ankle medical device sales, with training in the posted territory and direct work with surgeons, healthcare professionals and experienced sales leaders. After training, candidates must be open to relocating anywhere in the United States based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by making sure products, instruments and implants are available and ready for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates and best practices.
• Visit customers in the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth.
• Promote Foot and Ankle products by presenting their features, functionality and differentiators.
• Manage inventory, build and maintain surgical instrument sets and ensure product availability.
• Process customer purchase orders and support documentation and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations and federal, state and local requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree or healthcare-related certification (e.g., Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy certification) with at least 2 years of professional or related experience; or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience; or 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the United States after completing training.
• Training takes place in the territory where the position is posted; permanent placement may be elsewhere in the U.S.

• Salary of $60,000 - $65,000, with possible eligibility for commission and/or bonuses.
