About the role

Midtown is seeking a Tennis Professional in Weston who is passionate about helping members and fostering their love of racquet sports. The club offers resort-like environments, active communities and personal attention to its members, and values teamwork, accountability and open debate.

Midtown hires mostly full-time coaches; part-time and seasonal coaches are also hired. Full-time benefits are available to coaches averaging 28 hours per week of on- and off-court duties. The advertised pay for full-time coaches, depending on credentials and experience, is between $65k and $85k annually, including the value of the benefits package and assuming around 30 hours of instruction per week.

Required profile

• Relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Safe Play certified, or willing to become certified before being hired.
• A nationally recognized racquet sports certification, or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
• NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent, with demonstrated skills.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and enthusiasm for helping others.
