Key responsibilities

- Occasionally inspect contractor work and help with routine property inspections to flag safety and repair concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or a related trade.
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling (for certified service technicians), and all state and local certifications required.
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart where applicable.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, lift occasionally more than 50 pounds with assistance, and work a flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays.
