About the role
Northwest is seeking part‑time Tellers to join its retail network team in Elyria. Tellers provide front‑line customer service, process transactions, and identify financial needs for referral.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product/service information.
- Balance teller drawer daily and participate in vault, ATM, and dual‑control balancing.
- Engage customers to promote financial wellness and refer opportunities to appropriate lines of business.
- Participate in branch opening/closing tasks, meetings, and huddles.
- Maintain compliance with security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service, cash handling, and banking or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of teller system and related computer applications.
