About the role

The Teen Leader supports teen program development, supervision and recruitment at the Brighton YMCA, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for middle and high school students.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement quality programs for teens, enforcing YMCA policies.
Facilitate daily clubs, monitor enrollment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with the Teen Director and management to set goals and maintain a teen‑friendly environment.
Maintain program supplies, report on activities, and attend community meetings.

Required profile

Minimum age 21 years.
Experience in youth or teen programming; teen‑specific experience preferred.
CPR, First Aid and relevant certifications required.
