Técnico em Logística Reversa – Análise de Produtos Eletrônicos

About the role

We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Technician to perform technical analysis of returned electronic lighting and heating products. The role involves evaluating the feasibility of recovery, reuse, or environmentally‑appropriate disposal while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical condition of returned electronic products and determine recovery options.
• Diagnose failures in circuits, drivers, power supplies, controls and electromechanical systems.
• Conduct functional and electrical tests on recovered items.
• Disassemble, separate and classify reusable electronic and mechanical components.
• Support reconditioning, refurbishment and material reuse processes.
• Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and sustainability.
• Identify recurring failures and suggest design or process enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports, records and key performance indicators related to waste reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics or related field.
• Strong logical analysis and technical diagnostic abilities.
• Interest in sustainability and reverse logistics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Basic understanding of mechanical products and components.
• Ability to perform functional and electrical testing.
• Experience with disassembly and classification of reusable parts.
