Technology Support Specialist – 2+ Years Experience

About the role

The Law Offices of Marshall Dennehey are seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide on‑site and remote IT assistance for their Philadelphia office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, monitor Support Center email and voicemails, and create tickets in ServiceDesk Plus.
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and end‑user applications such as Microsoft Office and third‑party software.
• Provide on‑site floor support, occasional after‑hours coverage, and remote desktop assistance.
• Research unresolved issues, participate in new‑hire IT onboarding, and follow standard help‑desk procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 2 years IT support experience.
