SAP SVC Senior Consultant – Package & Technology Enablement

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP SVC Senior Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for a life‑sciences client on SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on delivering reliable operations, continuous improvement, and functional expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP S/4HANA SD production support, resolve complex incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Support minor enhancements, change requests, and process improvements to maintain reliable operations.
• Lead continuous improvement of SAP CS processes and provide functional expertise across core CS capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including configuration, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to align solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor team members and lead support and delivery activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP CS with deep knowledge of contracts, billing, pricing, and their integration.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments, focusing on core service functionality.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and analytical problem solving.
• Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and drive solution design decisions.
