Senior Front-End Software Engineer

About the role

Electric Power Engineers, Inc. (EPE) is seeking a senior front‑end software engineer to lead the design and delivery of modern web‑based solutions for its cloud‑based analytics products serving the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high‑quality front‑end components and interfaces for EPE’s software portfolio.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to create seamless, user‑centered web applications.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Introduce new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure a reliable user experience.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code and adhere to security and performance standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a senior software engineer or front‑end developer.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with React.js.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Interest in the energy sector and desire to make a meaningful impact through technology.
