Technician Tightening Systems

About the role

The Tightening Systems Technician assembles, tests and repairs Bosch Rexroth tightening‑system products. Working largely independently, you will follow production work orders and bill‑of‑materials to deliver high‑quality components for a range of industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble tightening products according to work orders and BOM specifications.
• Perform functional testing and electrical/mechanical verification using hand tools and test equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults, conduct failure analysis for warranty claims, and prepare quotations for non‑warranty repairs.
• Analyse test results, generate conformity statements and detailed reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean workstation and continuously improve processes in line with the Bosch Rexroth Quality System.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering conforming products.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools for assembly and repair.
• Experience using mechanical testing equipment.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment.
• Capability to read blueprints, schematics and product manuals.
