Manufacturing Engineering & Operations Co‑op (Fall 2026)

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth’s Manufacturing Operations and Engineering (MOE) team for a three‑rotation co‑op experience in Fall 2026. You will work on real‑world projects that support production efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead technical projects across various MOE functions.
• Provide day‑to‑day project assistance to MOE team members.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization ideas.
• Lead and manage assigned projects within cross‑functional teams.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyse technical data to support continuous‑improvement initiatives and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in on‑demand projects such as Bosch Production Systems (BPS) exposure to process standardization and performance improvement.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a manufacturing, mechanical, industrial or related engineering program.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
