Production Planner

About the role

As a Production Planner at Bosch Group, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow by planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing orders. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to guarantee material availability and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control production orders in SAP/R3 from release to completion.
• Coordinate material availability with procurement, warehouse, and operational teams.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to avoid bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate material master data and ensure data quality.
• Serve as the primary interface between sales, procurement, and production.
• Analyze capacity and workloads for daily scheduling and long‑term planning.
• Drive continuous improvements in production planning processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively across departments.
