Technical Support Engineer – New England (Remote)

About the role

Support a critical hospital customer by delivering first‑line technical assistance for mission‑critical healthcare technology. The role focuses on Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and requires ensuring system stability and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for PACS, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Receive, prioritize and manage service requests across multiple channels, documenting activities in the service management system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure support activities comply with regulatory requirements and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge development to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical, or science‑related fields.
• Experience with PACS, imaging informatics, or Philips Vue PACS is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data analysis in critical service settings is a plus.
