Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

Omnea is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to act as the senior technical bridge between customers, product, and engineering. You will own the most complex, enterprise‑level technical problems, guiding AI‑assisted investigations and applying critical judgment to ensure safe, lasting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of high‑complexity customer issues, including integrations, configuration edge cases, and cross‑system bugs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate initial diagnostics while providing the human judgment needed for production‑grade fixes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface recurring problems and influence roadmap priorities.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, stepping into customer implementations when technical depth is required.
• Establish and raise the technical support standards for Omnea’s enterprise clientele.

Required profile

• Several years of experience troubleshooting complex SaaS or enterprise software integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and determine safe deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
