Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Technical Sales Engineer to represent Seco Tools’ metal‑cutting portfolio across West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Greater Tampa. You will partner with end‑users and distributors to deliver tailored manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with end‑users and distributor partners in the assigned territory.
• Consult customers on metal‑cutting solutions that meet their specific manufacturing needs.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Travel 50‑60 % of the time to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, joint calls and technical support.
• Balance solution selling with territory planning, sales administration and reporting.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of successful technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong technical aptitude for metal‑cutting or related manufacturing solutions.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from a home/virtual office.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region and reside within the territory.
