Technical Recruiter (On-site, Austin, TX)

About the role

Black Diamond Networks is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its Austin office. You will be responsible for sourcing senior consultants and contractors across a wide range of industries, helping clients fill critical staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop long‑term relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track market intelligence.
• Negotiate competitive pay rates and collaborate with account executives to meet client staffing requirements.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
